Installation Day

  • You’ll receive a reminder via email or text the day before we’re scheduled with an approximate time

  • We only need access to the outlets that we are connecting lights and also to have them switched on to ensure all the lights are lit up when we’re completed.

  • If you store your own previously professionally installed and commercial grade LED lights, we just need them left somewhere we can access them.

  • After the job is completed, we’ll process the remaining balance.

Removal

  • You’ll receive a reminder via email or text the day before we’re scheduled with an approximate time

  • We’ll bring the storage containers and necessary packing materials to store all lighting display items.

  • We’ll remove all lighting using ladders and poles.

  • All boxes either leased or customer owned lights receive the address and clients name on the container.

Storage

  • We store our lighting inside climate-controlled facilities

  • Storage is included to all Christmas light installation customers

  • We do offer storage as a service if your holiday yard decor is taking over valuable space, we can store it for next year’s installation
